Steven Brady speaking on technology and education, business intelligence, and the widespread availability of tools for sophisticated process management. Steven Brady is the Manager of Information Technology for the College of Engineering at Villanova University. He launched the IT Department in 1998 and currently serves on the College of Engineering Leadership Council. Brady leads pilot programs, establishes metrics of effectiveness of services, and provides support for over 1,000 students, 60 faculty, 20 staff and 1,200 workstations.
